Booking Policy for Camera 360 Rental for Hot Air Balloon

1.  Booking & Payment

• Rental price: AED 349 per tour + VAT
   

• Book online via our website (card payment)
   

• Or contact us on WhatsApp for cash bookings: +971 54 494 5538
   

• Guests must sign a waiver form upon delivery
   

• All bookings are final
   

• ✅ If your hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to weather, you’ll receive a 100% refund
   

 

2.  Delivery & Pickup

• Cameras are delivered the night before your tour, between:
  
  🕔 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   

• Delivery locations (within Dubai only):
   

  • Hotel
     

  • Residence
     

  • Nearby metro station
     

• 🚫 No delivery at the balloon site
   

• Camera will be picked up after your tour, at an agreed time the same day
   

 

3.  Usage & Safety Rules

• You are fully responsible for the camera during your rental period
   

• 🚫 Do not film during landing
   

• 🎒 The camera must be placed in its pouch before landing to avoid damage
   

• Avoid exposing the camera to water, sand, or hard impact
   

• Guests must download all photos and videos using the Insta360 app before returning the camera
  
  Hola Habibi is not responsible for lost or undeleted files after pickup
   

 

4.  Damage, Loss & Charges

• No deposit or card hold is required
   

• Equipment will be inspected after pickup
   

• If the camera or accessories are damaged, lost, or incomplete, a fee of up to AED 2,000 may apply
   

• Fees will be invoiced or processed through your provided payment method
   

 

5.  Refund Policy

• ❌ All bookings are final and non-refundable
   

• ✅ 100% refund only if your hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to bad weather
   

• If rescheduled, your rental may be moved to the new date (subject to availability)
   

 

6.  Late Return Fee

• Cameras must be returned at the agreed time
   

• A late return fee of AED 150 per day will apply for each day the camera is not returned
   

 

7.  Optional: Share Your Experience

• You may choose to allow Hola Habibi to feature your video content in promotional materials or social media
   

• This is optional and will be confirmed upon delivery
